JULY 2018 - PRESENT

• Part of a 4 developer Agile team building a mobile app. The app is being built by CodeYourFuture in collaboration with several charities in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
• Responsible for testing user stories each sprint, including integration, functional and exploratory testing.
• Raise defects, prioritise them with the Team Lead as well as communicate issues with the rest of the team using Trello, Slack and Github.
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure that User Stories are well documented and the Acceptance Criteria are defined and clarified with developers and other stakeholders.
• Led the development of an Automated Test suite for the project, using Cypress for the Web Admin Panel, and Appium for the mobile app.

APRIL 2017 - Nov 2017

• A six-months intensive course taught by professional Software Engineers in Glasgow.
• The course starts with basic HTML/CSS, moving to core JavaScript, to building full-stack applications with React, Node and MongoDB.
• My final graduation project was a Food Mapping web application, in collaboration with Kinning Park Complex. The application aims to raise awareness about food sustainability in the Glasgow communities. My role involved building tasks across the full stack with a special focus on the front-end using React and Material UI.
